“Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused effort.” – Paul J. Meyer

Step 1 – Visit Our Training Facility

Drop into Training Hall CrossFit and meet the team. More importantly, come in and watch a CrossFit training session. We hear too often that some are intimidated of CrossFit athletes and the training program, especially after seeing it on ESPN for the past few years. You’ll see for yourself that a class is comprised of all different skill levels and different ages, all supporting one another. But don’t worry, we’ll get you on ESPN in no time!

Step 2 – Try Your First Class Free

Come in and take our introductory class. We’ll show you around our facility and tell you how we run our strength and conditioning program, then it’s time to put on your headband, pull up your socks and get some work done.

Step 3 – Buy A Membership And Join The Team

We offer a few different options for membership packages. Come on in and let’s talk about what package works best for you.

Step 4 – Complete Our Movement Courses

Once you realize Training Hall CrossFit is a fit for you, we require all new members to take 3 semi-private “Movement” classes. These sessions will teach you proper movement when performing CrossFit training. You can expect to learn how to squat, push, pull, jump and fundamental gymnastics movements, all using bodyweight. Soon enough speed and intensity will naturally become a part of technical movement, then you can you begin using more advanced training equipment.
Angel’s love for the Sport of Fitness and the community of CrossFit was immediately obvious to me in his coverage as a sideline reporter at this year’s Nor Cal CrossFit Regionals and CrossFit Games. His enthusiasm is infectious to those around him.

Angel continues to be a fierce competitor as he was when we played Division-I Football together at Saint Mary’s College! He understands that if it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t CHANGE you!
