About Us

When you walk into Training Hall CrossFit, you will not see weight machines, ellipticals, treadmills, or mirrors. Our facility uses barbells, bumper plates,  kettlebells, pull up bars, ropes, sand bags, medicine balls, sleds, rowers, plyometric boxes and turf. The open space and functional equipment is used for moving and training your body like it’s suppose to. Our training is centered on the CrossFit philosophy and methodology. Our focus is on workouts that are constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity and scalable to your fitness level.

Our workouts are designed to prepare you for any of life’s physical demands. You’ll find yourself doing workouts that include running, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying odd objects.

Our strength and conditioning program is made up of movements that prepare you most for daily life. Our program gives you a better overall fitness so you can have an increased capability of a broader range of movements and activities. You will see ten standards of your overall physical ability improve: Cardio/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Agility, Balance, Speed, Power, Flexibility, Coordination and Accuracy.

Unlike your average gym, you will see a timer used in every workout. This “time element” used in workouts means CrossFit has essentially become “The Sport of Fitness,” because it re-introduces personal athletic achievement and performance to training. When training, the mindset at the start of every workout is to be stronger, to move faster and more efficiently, with better form than ever and perform to the best of your ability. So when you hear “3,2,1…Go,” you know it’s Go Time.

Some of our members use the training program to improve as athletes in their respected sports i.e., football, soccer, baseball, marathons, tri-athlete’s, MMA, etc. Others train CrossFit to compete in just that…CrossFit. So whether you just want to get in the best shape of your life or compete at a high level, Training Hall CrossFit can help you reach your fitness goals.
