Our Training Hall Team had a blast competing at one of Sacramento’s biggest CrossFit events. This year was GRID style racing which made for an exciting event to watch. 15 teams consisting of 3 men and 3 women from around the area battled it out at the Fit Expo. Our team finished 7th overall.
